In 2018, Shandong Fulltime Blackcat commissioned a 120,000 TPA deep processing plant for neutral phenol salt. The facility treats waste liquor from coal tar processing to recover valuable phenolic compounds. Using advanced DCS-controlled technology, it converts hazardous byproducts into high-purity phenol, cresols, and xylenols for agrochemical, pharmaceutical, and additive applications. The project demonstrates effective resource utilization and environmental protection.
