Our 10,000 TPA polysulfone (PSU) plant in Yangquan, Shanxi, has been successfully commissioned after two years of construction. The process employs solution polycondensation of bisphenol A and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone in a polar aprotic solvent. Polymerization is carried out under inert atmosphere at elevated temperatures, followed by precipitation, washing, and drying to yield high-performance PSU resin. This milestone marks a significant step in our specialty polymer manufacturing capabilities.
