Nantong Senbo 32,000TPA Phenol Recovery and 100,000TPA Waste Water

Nantong Senbo Chemical commissioned a 32,000 TPA phenol recovery unit and a 100,000 TPA wastewater treatment facility. The plant extracts high-purity phenol from phenolic wastewater generated during coal chemical or petrochemical processes. Using advanced extraction and distillation technologies, it recovers valuable phenol while reducing chemical oxygen demand (COD) to meet environmental discharge standards. The recovered phenol can be reused as feedstock or sold as a chemical intermediate. This project demonstrates efficient resource recovery and pollution control, turning hazardous waste into economic value while protecting water resources.
