Fuhua Dilute Formaldehyde Concentration Project

Fuhua’s dilute formaldehyde concentration project recovers low-concentration formaldehyde (typically below 30 wt%) generated as a byproduct during downstream production. Using advanced pressurized distillation technology with optimized heat integration, the system efficiently removes water and achieves product concentrations exceeding 50 wt%. The concentrated formaldehyde meets feedstock specifications for producing paraformaldehyde, polyoxymethylene, and other derivatives. The process addresses the challenge of formaldehyde’s tendency to polymerize and degrade under heat by incorporating stabilized column internals and controlled operating conditions. This project significantly reduces waste discharge, lowers raw material costs, and improves overall plant economics, demonstrating effective resource recycling and sustainable chemical manufacturing.
