60KTPA Paraformaldehyde Plant in China

In 2023, Anhui Ruibai New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully commissioned a 60,000 TPA paraformaldehyde plant in Huaibei City, Anhui Province. Located in the New Coal Chemical Synthetic Materials Base, the plant was built following the successful startup of the company‘s world’s largest single formaldehyde unit in January 2023, which laid a solid foundation for downstream expansion. The project is part of an integrated facility producing 90,000 TPA formaldehyde and 60,000 TPA paraformaldehyde, with total investment reaching 160 million RMB. The plant adopts advanced spray drying technology and DCS automation, enabling continuous production, high purity, and low energy consumption. Qualified products are used in agrochemicals, resins, coatings, and pharmaceuticals. This project enhances China‘s paraformaldehyde supply capacity.
