The paraformaldehyde technology is to concentrate formaldehyde in vacuum for two stages, increase the formaldehyde concentration to 85%, and then pump it into the spray dryer. Concentrated formaldehyde is sprayed out through a nozzle and condensed into a granular polyformaldehyde solid. This process can produce continuous, concentrated formaldehyde spray granulation time is short, and can form short linear formaldehyde molecular chain, so the product has good water solubility. The characteristics of this process are: adopting advanced concentration and drying processes, good product quality, low cost consumption, mature and reliable technology, and complete localization of production equipment.
