Jiangxi Blackcat Sodium Sulfate Wastewater Treatment (Equipment) System

Jiangxi Blackcat implemented a sodium sulfate wastewater treatment system to handle effluent from white carbon black production. The patented process uses chemical desilication with specialized equipment, followed by membrane concentration and MVR evaporation, ultimately producing Glauber’s salt (sodium sulfate decahydrate) as a byproduct while recycling clean water back into production. This system achieves zero liquid discharge, significantly reduces operating costs compared to conventional evaporation methods, and transforms industrial wastewater into valuable resources, demonstrating both environmental and economic benefits for the carbon black industry.
