Wuhai Fulltime 20,000TPA Technical Transformation of Phenol Series Products

Wuhai Fulltime Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. implemented a 20,000 TPA phenol series technical transformation project at its facility in Hainan District Industrial Park, Wuhai, Inner Mongolia. Construction began in March 2020, and the plant was commissioned and put into operation in May 2021, with environmental completion acceptance completed in September 2021. The project replaced the product lines of the former Wuhai Black Cat Sanxing Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., upgrading to produce a range of phenolic products including resorcinol (10,000 TPA), m-aminophenol, alpha-naphthol, beta-naphthol, and other specialty phenols, along with sodium sulfite and sodium sulfate as byproducts. With a total investment of 320 million yuan, this technical upgrade demonstrates resource efficiency and advances the fine chemical industry chain in the region.
