Types of PPC Plant

PPC (polypropylene carbonate) is fully biodegradable eco-plastic made from CO₂ and propylene oxide. Using carbon dioxide as feedstock cuts greenhouse gas emissions and fossil fuel reliance. Superior to PLA, it features higher strength, better flexibility and lower costs. Low-molecular PPC polyols substitute petroleum-based polyols; high-molecular PPC serves as barrier films and injection molding materials for packaging and agriculture.

Why Build a PPC Production Plant?

Building a PPC production plant enables manufacturing fully biodegradable eco-plastic using CO₂ and propylene oxide as raw materials, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions and dependence on fossil fuels. Compared with PLA, PPC boasts higher strength, superior flexibility and lower production cost; it can supply low-molecular polyols to replace petroleum-based products, while high-molecular PPC can be made into barrier films and injection molding materials for packaging and agricultural sectors.
